Summary:
In this role you will work as a Lead Concierge at the front desk, provide five-star quality concierge services.
Serving as an ongoing resource by pro-actively anticipating the needs of our residents so a solution can be offered before being requested.
The Lead Concierge responds to each of our residents and visitors, personalizing the delivery of the service to meet the specific needs of each resident.
ESSENTIAL JOB
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct all visitors in a friendly and helpful manner Administrative support, including maintenance of resident directories and writing the schedule for the concierge team Answer all incoming calls within three rings and transfer calls or take messages as necessary Respond to residents' and family members' questions and concerns Monitor the front lobby and entrance area for cleanliness and maintain and organize incoming mail Ability to direct residents and their families to available services both in-house and in the general vicinity Provide support to the life enrichment and administrative staff Ability to maintain a customer focus by treating all residents with respect and integrity Ability to accept responsibility for agreements made and follow through as appropriate QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, & SKILLS REQUIRED:
Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests with utmost courtesy Assure prompt and positive action on all resident complaints, questions, concerns and suggestions Deal with all resident personal issues in a discreet and confidential manner at all times.
Always look for ways to improve service to residents Demonstrated problem solving skills Demonstrated experience working in a customer focused role Ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
