Scheduler
This position is focused on scheduling for Caregivers in a Non-medical home care agency.
This position provides the highest customer service for our clients and our Caregivers.
It also involves customer relations and covering shifts when needed.
The ideal employee is someone who can help reach staffing goals, problem solve, think outside the box and maintain relationships.
Be comfortable with all levels of communication from texting, calling and emailing.
The scheduler needs to detailed and great at documentation.
