Home Care Case Manager
The Case Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our business.
The Case Manager shall be focused on Supervisory Visits, Client/Caregiver Introductions, Fill-in Caregiver, office assistance, completing reports using the Clear Care system and other such duties as the need arises and the position develops.
This position is a part of the Care Management Team whose mission is to ensure the highest quality of customer service and communication.
The ideal candidate will be a self-directed and detail oriented professional with experience in the arena of non-medical caregiving; well-spoken and at ease when communicating to clients, caregivers and management.
This position is almost exclusively a field position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
